This scene is from the anime SamuraiX, this is when Kenshin Himura left Kaoru to once again come back to his master to learn his final move in order to once again bring peace and order to the country by defeating Makoto Shishio a vicious, dangerous and cold blooded killer, who wants to take over the control of whole japan.
